Get ready to feel the burn during this total body sculpt class!

Using weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, and other accessories to tone and shape the body from top to bottom! Prepare to sweat while toning arms, legs, glutes, and core muscles with an incorporation of short cardio blasts throughout!

Programmed by expert exercise physiologist with endless exercises and workouts, F45 is a global fitness brand designed to keep you motivated, engaged, and always reaching for that next level. F45 combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training into a single 45 minute workout The individual workouts change daily, so you will never do the same workout twice!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a form of exercise that involves alternating between short bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest or Active rest exercise. The high-intensity exercise should be done at near maximum intensity, while the recovery period should be about 50% intensity. HIIT allows you to burn more calories in a shorter period of time than other exercise protocols.

Our Pilates mat class focuses on performing a series of movements on a mat as well as upright to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall body control.

Our Reformer Pilates class is a low-impact exercise method that utilizes a specialized machine called a reformer to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture through adjustable resistance and a variety of movements.

Pound it out! Get some stress & sweat out of your system with this intense workout! Pound incorporates good music, proper mechanics, and solid heart rates to create an excellent total body workout. You'll find we can do A LOT using only sticks, our bodies, and the floor. Come rock out!

Heat up your practice with this core conditioning power yoga flow. This class is a dynamic yoga flow with lively music and fast paced sequencing. 

Spinning® was founded by endurance road cyclists, and their desire to bring that authentic cycling experience indoors. You will get an intense, unique, experience while cycling to some jamming tunes. Come prepared with water and a towel! You will burn BIG calories and get healthier! You will love it!

A relaxing class to fuel up your body. This class is designed for members of any flexibility level. We will start with basic static stretches, working into dynamic stretches, and finish off with a few mobility movements while in a soft lit and volume environment.

Start your day with a full body stretch and strength-based yoga vinyasa flow. This class links breath with movement to find balance within the mind+body. All levels welcome!
