Guided by our vision to serve as a home away from home and the heart of Jacksonville State University, where traditions are valued, excellence is promoted and pride in one's self, school and community are encouraged, we offer a wide variety of specialty housing options to make sure you #LiveCocky. 

*All rates found below are for fall 2024-spring 2025 semesters.

Please note - tour videos may indicate cable is provided. As of fall 2023, cable is no longer provided in the residence halls or apartments.

Specialty Houses

Kappa Sigma is the largest college social fraternity in the world with more than 200,000 living members, including over 20,000 undergraduates and 320 chapters and colonies located throughout the United States and Canada. Founded in 1869 at the University of Virginia, Kappa Sigma International Headquarters is based in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The Kappa Sigma house contains 10 private rooms, each furnished with a full-sized bed, study desk and chair, and a closet. The house contains a kitchen and laundry room. Free-use laundry machines located on the second floor and residents may use LaundryView to track open machines or their laundry progress. There is a common room area that chapter members utilize for chapter functions. You must be a brother of Kappa Sigma Fraternity to be eligible for this residence option.

For more than a century, we have stayed true to our roots, developing the next generation of servant leaders who put service before self and work to improve the world around them. Founded in 1904 at the College of Charleston, Pi Kappa Phi Headquarters is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
