Primary Responsibilities
- System Administrator of the current Learning Management System, Canvas, and assists with system administration of other enterprise software solutions provided by Online@JSU
- Takes a leadership role in the learning systems design and customization process
- Responsible for maintenance, major modifications, and development of applications based on user requirements and needs identified by instructional design staff and the Director of Online@JSU
- Assists with support and works closely with staff, administrators, and faculty to build custom solutions and integrations

- CompTIA Security+ certification (2018)
