The Micro-Credential in Cybersecurity will offer a critical understanding of cybersecurity including a review of real and perceived threats of cyberterrorism, management of information security, the protection of critical infrastructure information, and the effectiveness of response actions. Students learn how to protect sensitive and high value business and individual information and future requirements to obviate disaster. This content prepares students for advanced work in the fields of emergency management, homeland security, computer science, business continuity and law enforcement.
