Master of Science in Emergency Management

The M.S. program in Emergency Management balances the conceptual knowledge in emergency management with skill acquisition in crisis management, hazard assessment, and other analytic and management skills. A total of 30 graduate semester hours are required for a master’s degree in Emergency Management. Curriculum consists of 21 hours of required Emergency Management courses and nine hours of Emergency Management electives. A thesis is not required for a master’s degree in Emergency Management.
